481. Subject matter of the lease
The lessor rents out a cabin on stilts located at Rue Stockeu no. 102 in 4970 STAVELOT, BELGIUM, known as “L’Onyx”;

2. Duration
The rental period is fixed in advance and can only be changed with the agreement of the owner. It begins on the day of arrivalNight moves from 4 p.m. and ends at 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Late departures will incur a surcharge of €25 per hour started.

3. Payment of the rent
The reservation becomes effective after receipt of the total amount of the rental on the account in the name of De Grave-Bodeux F C and bearing the number IBAN: BE65 7320 5075 4996 (BIC: CREGBEBB), as well as a photocopy of the valid identity card of the person responsible for the stay at the following e-mail address: info@onyx-gite-insolite.be

5. Use of the hut
The hut is designed for a maximum of 2 people. The tenant undertakes not to exceed this number without the agreement of the lessor and to use it with due care. Smoking is not permitted in the building.
Dogs are allowed in the accommodation for a supplement of €13/day.

Towels are not provided.

6. Deposit
A deposit of €400 shall be paid into the same account as the rental two days prior to arrival and shall be used to cover any damages. If everything is in order upon departure, it shall be refunded in full within 48 hours of the tenant’s departure to the bank account from which the payment was made.

7. Cancellation
Only the person who made a booking may initiate a cancellation.
If the tenant cancels their reservation, a indemnity of 50% of the rent will be retained if the cancellation occurs within 30 days before the start of the a32> stay and of 90% of the price if it occurs within the 8 days preceding the start of the stay. Refunds will be made to the account used to a54> used to make the request for reservation.
The lessor will only cancel the reservation in the event of force majeure. Either it will refund the full amount received, or it shall agree with the tenant on another date for the stay.
A tenant wishing to cancel a reservation may propose a replacement tenant who agrees to contract the rental on the same terms and for the same duration as the lessee. In this case, no compensation is due and the lessee is discharged of all obligations to the lessor.

8. Arrivée

9. Parking
Free private parking is available on site, approximately 40m from the gîte.

10. Houserules
Smoking is not permitted in the hut. It is strictly forbidden to throw cigarette butts into the nature.

Movements at night must be made as quietly as possible in the greatest possible calm.
The optimal use of the spa is at a a15> temperature of between 30 and 38°. A higher temperature promotes the evaporation of chlorine and the proliferation of bacteria. It is strongly recommended to take a shower before using the spa.

It is forbidden to eat in the spa or to turn it off.
If an unusual odour appears or the water becomes cloudy, please contact us.
The spa cover must be replaced as soon as it is no longer in use in order to maintain the water temperature, prevent leaves or insects from falling into it, or prevent it from blowing away.

Dogs must be kept on a lead, are not allowed to roam freely in the grounds, or remain alone in the gîte.
Theymust not be allowed to climb onto the bed.

You must not press anything against or rub against the cladding

For your departure:

• The fridge must be emptied;
• The kitchen and the dishes must be clean and tidy;
